Save a small fortune with these Apple AirPods deals for Prime Day
If you were waiting for an opportunity to grab yourself a set of AirPods on the cheap, there’s no better time than Prime Day. We’ve searched up and down Amazon’s digital aisles in search of the best AirPods deals, and we’ve found some pretty great results. You’d best act quickly, though, as the Prime Day clock keeps on ticking; as of right now, you’ve got less than half a day left to make the most of these deals. Read on to find out more.
1. Apple AirPods Max (was £549; now £449)
For starters, you can grab yourself the Apple AirPods Max for a whole £100 off just now. Their usual price tag reads as an often controversial £549, while their Average price on Amazon sits around £480. On Prime Day, however, you can snatch up a pair for only £449. Compared with some other products on Amazon, these don’t shift in price all that often. With this being their lowest price since September 2021, we’d say this is a good opportunity to jump on.
In our review, we loved the AirPods Max for their great sound quality, awesome noise cancelling and stunning spatial audio. Furthermore, you’d struggle to find a set of headphones that looks this luxurious. The lightweight headband takes some of the admittedly heavy load off the top of your head, while also being breathable and comfortable for longer listening sessions.
2. Apple AirPods 3 (was £169; now £149)
If you’ve had your eye on the AirPods 3, this Prime Day offer is staring you in the face. Right now you can get £20 off their usual RRP, meaning they’re available for £149. Okay, so it might not seem like much, following on from a £100 saving on the AirPods Max. But in fairness, this is a much newer product.
More importantly, the 3rd generation of AirPods reviewed extremely well with us. We gave them 5/5 stars and our coveted “best buy” award for their great sound quality, vastly improved comfort and design, and for that aforementioned Spatial Audio support. Based on the strength of the product, and the fact the average Amazon price is still sitting above £150, we’d say this deal isn’t one to be ignored.
3. Apple AirPods Pro with MagSafe Case (was £239; now £179)
This Prime Day deal on the AirPods Pro saves you £50 from their usual RRP. This deal is only £10 away from the Pro’s cheapest ever Amazon price, and we should add that they haven’t been this cheap for a number of months. Throw in the nifty MagSafe case that lets you charge the AirPods wirelessly, and you’ve got yourself a pretty good deal.
The AirPods Pro also scored a coveted “best buy” award in our review. We especially loved how these AirPods were better suited for exercise and people who prefer an in-ear design. Moreover, they have great sound quality and terrific ANC. Admittedly, their price tag is usually quite daunting, but that’s exactly why this Prime Day deal is one to consider.
4. Apple Wireless Charging Case for AirPods (was £80; now £66)
Finally, you can grab yourself a new charging case for your AirPods for only £66 this Prime Day. The price of a new AirPods case is a fairly hefty £80 if you buy direct from Apple, so if you’re in need of one, now’s a great time to save yourself some trouble.
